Executive Committee
The five-member Executive Committee acts on behalf of the Executive Board to conduct the normal business of the society. The President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Editor of the journal are chosen by the Executive Board as a whole, normally for two-year terms, and sit on the Executive Committee. In case these officers do not number five persons, an additional member of the Executive Board is appointed by the Board to sit on the Committee. The members of the Executive Committee also serve as members of the Board for as long as they are in office. In March 2008, the Board chose to appoint six persons to the Executive Committee.
