Anyone who affirms the stated purpose of the Society for Mormon Philosophy and Theology, and pays the annual dues, is eligible for membership. The rate of annual dues is $30, or $15 for students.
Benefits of membership include a subscription to the Society's journal, Element: A Journal of Mormon Philosophy and Theology, and the right to help determine the direction of the Society, including electing the membership of the Executive Board, which governs the Society. Members receive announcements of the Society's activities via email. By becoming a member, you also show support for the goals of the Society, and help fund its activities.
To Join
To become a member, please provide us with your name, contact information, and dues payment. You may do this in either of the following ways:
Join via Internet: You will provide your name and email address, and submit your dues payment, all through the Society's account with PayPal. SMPT accepts credit card payments via Internet, through PayPal. Click here to proceed.

Either way, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your information and payment, normally within 2-3 business days of receipt.
To Renew
You may renew your membership in either of the following ways:
