Paul Owen has just submitted his Ph.D. dissertation to the department of New Testament Language, Literature and Theology at the University of Edinburgh. He co-authored with Carl Mosser an article entitled "Mormon Scholarship, Apologetics, and Evangelical Neglect: Losing the Battle and Not Knowing It?" Trinity Journal (1998) and a book review of Craig Blomberg and Stephen Robinson's How Wide the Divide? in FARMS Review of Books, Vol. 11:2 (1999).
